Kicking off Swindon’s music scene in 2016, The Skabilly Rebels will be rocking the Swindon MECA on the 16 January.

The Skabilly Rebels were formed in 2003 by Roddy Radiation, formerly of The Specials and Sam Smith, who had previously worked together in rockabilly band The Bonediggers. Their songs, all written by Radiation, are a hybrid of ska and rockabilly music styles, guaranteed to get you jumping and rocking. They released their debut album Blues Attack in 2009 and toured the United States in 2012.

Supported by local acts ‘Erin Bardwell Collective’ and ‘The Nomarks’, the MECA is going to have to contain the riot of rock fans eager to get their fix.

Tickets will be £10 (subject to booking fee) or £12 on the door, are available online at: www.mecaswindon.co.uk
