Following the success of his debut solo record Spooky Action, Draper has announced details of a new single, Grey House, which he will debut in Oxford March 7.

Grey House is a razor wired guitar prowl that recalls the experimental pop of Draper’s previous band - Mansun - at their very best.

Grey House is one of the stand-out tracks from Spooky Action, a record recently described by Uncut as: “a growling electro-rock odyssey with… an impressive heft”.

Spooky Actions is suggestively Draper’s long-awaited autobiography. With a career stemming from ‘icon’ status in the 90s to his current solo career, it’s needless to say that Draper’s EPs are but a meer sample of what this musical expedition has to offer.

With an apparent taste for overlaying genres, Draper encapsulates a powerful balance of voodoo psych, rock ‘n’ roll and soul which will no doubt adhere to both his cult and commercial followers.

Upon it’s release in August, Spooky Action reached No 19 in the uk album charts.
