Nerina Pallot announces solo UK tour coming to Newbury in November!

There’s a very contemporary Fleetwood Mac vibe about Nerina Pallot.

This is very prominent in ‘Man Didn’t Walk On The Moon’, to the point where I’m half expecting Stevie Nicks to chime in with “Thunder only happens when it’s raining” - it’s sort of scary.

And then on the other hand, with her earlier work such as ‘Rousseau’ (The Sound And The Fury, 2015), she evokes a sort of mystical version of Lana Del Rey which is far more atmospheric than Rey’s “sad girl music sells” - it’s earthy, astute, and glides into and a kind of spellbinding pop, leaving your brain sort of euphorically floating.

Jumping back into the present, now on her sixth album at 43, Nerina is heading back out on tour to debut her latest tracks from “her most personal, most warmly emotional album yet”, ‘Stay Lucky’. After hitting Boomtown Fair Pallot is now out on a UK tour which will bring her to Newbury’s Arlington Arts, November 20, incorporating her multi-instrulist capabilities through her guitar, piano, synths and percussion playing which features on the album.
