Jim Moray’s 21st anniversary tour is described as a celebration of two decades of his innovative and genre-defying approach to folk music.
A spokesperson for the artist says: “Moray has been pushing the boundaries of traditional folk music since the early 2000s, infusing it with elements of electronica, rock, and even hip-hop to create a sound that is uniquely his own.
“His music has earned him critical acclaim and a devoted following, and this tour is a chance for fans to experience Moray’s evolution as an artist over the past 21 years.”
The tour will feature Moray performing songs from throughout his career, including tracks from his acclaimed debut album Sweet England up his most recent release The Outlander.
Fans can expect a mix of traditional folk songs reimagined with Moray’s signature sound as well as original compositions showcasing his songwriting and musical prowess.
Moray’s spokesperson continued: “With 21 years of material to draw from, this promises to be a diverse and exciting show that celebrates Moray’s unique contribution to the world of folk music.”
