Chip, Corky and Oli help celebrate the Ocelot's 11th birthday (and bid farewell to someone called Mike)

The Ocelot celebrated 11 years of being at the forefront of the arts scene with an intimate knees up - The Night of the Ocelot, in the company of Wiltshire’s finest comedy rapper Chip Daddy, and self-styled ‘Scrumpy and Western’ stalwart Corky as well as singer/songwriter Oli Norman who kicked things off.

It was not only the 11th birthday celebration of the Ocelot, but also a chance to bid a fond farewell to the mag’s music editor Mike ‘shorty’ Barham who at 6’8” holds the record for being the tallest Foo Fighters fan in the whole of Devizes.

The get-together, in the darkened recesses of The Vic, one of Swindon’s best live music venues, saw a select gathering of friends, fans and curious people gather to mark this momentous double event. In the words of Group Editor and Ocelot founder Jamie Hill, “If the Ocelot was a child, it would be going to secondary school now!”
