Top Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute heads for Swindon

MECA in Swindon has announced a date for what is billed as Britain’s foremost tribute act to Creedence Clearwater Revival.

Clearwater Creedence Revival plays all the classics associated with the world famous 1960s band whose unique sound came to be known by many fans as Swamp Rock. 

Consisting of John Fogerty, Tom Fogerty, St Cook and Doug Clifford, Creedence Clearwater Revival’s list of songs includes Bad Moon Rising, Fortunate Son, Have You Ever Seen the Rain, Proud Mary, Run Through the Jungle and Born on the Bayou. 

Tribute act Clearwater Creedence Revival - whose members are Peter Barton, Alan Sagar, Graham Pollock and Geoff Hammond - and support performer Joe Martin will be at MECA on Thursday, 10 November from 7pm to 11pm.
