A true craft, grain-to-glass distillery which grows its own grain sustainably and organically in fields close to Oxford, TOAD creates premium spirits from scratch, offering the discerning consumer total provenance, craftsmanship and transparency of production. TOAD Bar’s opening menu[/caption] The TOAD Bar will also serve Loose Cannon’s Oxford Pils beer and award-winning Oxney Organic Sparkling Wine – by the glass or bottle and also as an ingredient in sparkling cocktails such as the Rosemary French 75 and Twinkle. The Lilypad Splash, a gin-based jug cocktail containing three servings is available for guests to share. A non-alcoholic ‘mocktail’, the Water Lily, is also on the menu. A delicious range of sandwiches, muffins, cakes and light-bites, all lovingly made by TOAD’s artisan chef, will be available throughout the day – along with soft drinks, teas and coffees.
