Laima

With a distinctive smoky voice, Laima is a veteran of the Oxford music scene. For the past 15 years she has been one of the best vocalists in the county, and she is now performing solo in Oxford once again. You can visit her social media page here: www.facebook.com/LaimaBiteMusic/.

Almagrey

Hailing from Bristol, but composed of members from Italy, Spain and the UK, Almagrey are a band that defies genre. Mostly performing a mix of shoegaze, rock and dream pop; their unique sound can be characterised by screaming guitars, melodic vocals, wild drums, groovy bass lines and introspective lyrics. If you are a lover of live music, you definitely won’t be disappointed by their supercharged stage presence and overwhelming power pop riffs. You can hear some of their music ahead of the event here: www.soundcloud.com/almagrey

Cedars of Lebanon

Cedars of Lebanon are a new band who perform an intoxicating mixture of classic rock and psychedelic indie. For those well acquainted with Gappy, you will recognise Brendan Morgan as part of the band, who also makes techno in Mothdrop and plays filthy bass for grunge monkeys Grub. If you are looking to experience a unique sound, they are certainly a band you will want to listen to.
