Electro-dub-rock pioneers Dreadzone are making a personal appearance at Sound Knowledge in Marlborough

Sound Knowledge in Marlborough have announced that electro-dub-rock pioneers Dreadzone will be appearing at Sound Knowledge on Wednesday February 22.

They’ll be playing a short set at Thirty8 cafe in support of their brand new album ‘Dread Times’ before signing copies in-store after the performance.

Put together by former members of Big Audio Dynamite, Dreadzone have carved out a twenty-plus year career that’s seen them championed by the late John Peel, support Oasis at their legendary Knebworth concert and release a string of inventive, genre-mashing albums including 1995’s massive ‘Second Light’.

‘Dread Times’ is the group’s eighth studio album and was recorded at Mick Jones’ Bunker Studio, featuring writing from Don Letts.

Don’t miss this chance to catch these festival legends in an intimate setting. It’s not a ticketed event but we ask that you pick up a copy of ‘Dread Times’, available on CD or vinyl, with the added bonus of meeting the band and getting it signed.

If you’d like to come along all you need to do is click ‘going’ or contact us in-store or by phone on 01672 511106.
