This weekend sees the 10th anniversary of Record Store Day, the annual celebration of independent record stores around the world. And Ocelotshire is no exception!

Sound Knowledge in Marlborough will be hosting a very special guest in Izzy Bizu, who will be performing live in store from 4pm on Saturday 22 April.

The event has the full support of BBC Music, who have been championing Izzy’s work to fruition, as she won the BBC Music Introducing award last year and continues to impress audiences whilst touring with the likes of Sam Smith, Rudimental and Foxes.

Then on the Sunday, the local forces arrive! Nick Harper and Port Erin will be on hand to provide the musical entertainment alongside Hoo Ha’s, Meeking and Reggie Roberts. There will also be a BBQ and bar to enjoy in the sunshine (hopefully). All kicking off from midday on Sunday 23 April, this weekend is not to be missed!

Come down and support Sound Knowledge, or head to your closest record store and make sure they get the love they deserve!
