Devizes Books will be holding its first Literature event, featuring a mixed bill of music, comedy and book readings from Twitter hero, TOM COX on Saturday 30 May.

The former NME and Uncut journalist, and Guardian “Rock” critic, turned best selling author, marks his d√©but appearance in Devizes, by reading from his previous book¬†“The Good, The Bad & The Furry”, and unveiling new material from¬†forthcoming 8th book (his 4th on Cats specifically) “Close Encounters Of The Furry Kind” due for release this Autumn.

Upon hanging up his critical pen, he turned his thoughts to Cats.

Yes, Cats.

Three¬†dedicated books on the subject and growing, a legion of fans with each subsequent release - via his witty outpouring on Twitter and Facebook, Tom is like a freight train, which we don’t see stopping any time soon.¬†¬†¬†https://twitter.com/mysadcat
