Debbie McGee, who reached the finals of the hit BBC show Strictly Come Dancing in 2017, is set to make a very special guest appearance in Reading this July, as she reunites with her professional dance partner Giovanni Pernice to perform their Salsa once again, when his new show Born to Win comes to The Hexagon Theatre.

Berkshire based McGee, 59, who presents her own radio show on BBC Radio Berkshire every Sunday, said on Twitter that she is “So, so, so looking forward to this”, in reference to a video of Pernice announcing that he will be dancing with his partner again!

The pair will perform their dance from week eight of Series 15, where they executed a series of daredevil lifts.

After the huge success of his debut tour Dance is Life in 2017, Giovanni is extremely happy to be back out on the road with Born to Win, in a show he says is “even bigger and even better!”

The show, headlined by Giovanni, sees the return of his leading lady, Luba Mushtuk - who has just been announced as the newest professional dancer to join Strictly Come Dancing, and Dancing with Stars Ireland professionals - Kai Widdrington, Giulia Dotta, Curtis Pritchard, and Emily Barker, who all starred in Dance is Life.

They are joined by Stephen Vincent and Kylee Brown, who have both performed around the world in the stage show Burn the Floor.

Born to Win comes to The Hexagon Theatre, Reading, Thursday 5th July 2018. Tickets are on sale now directly through the theatre www.readingarts.com or at www.giovannipernice.com
