Salisbury Arts Centre presents special production for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities

Salisbury Arts Centre is putting on two performances of a show aimed specifically at audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Home by Frozen Light is a tale of unexpected friendship. Exploring a new and unknown world, the show immerses audiences with profound and multiple learning disabilities in a multi-sensory story of discovery.

The world is not how they remember it. Where are they now and where is their home? Scarlet and Olive must learn how to survive and create a future together in an environment that is full of surprises.  Will the stars shine on this unexpected friendship? And how will the pair face the challenges that lie ahead?

Performances last for 60 minutes and will be relaxed performances, allowing audience members to move around if they wish to do so.

Home is the latest bold and exciting production from Frozen Light which is a theatre company that specialises in creating multi-sensory theatre for audiences with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Frozen Light performs Home at Salisbury Arts Centre at 11am and 1.30pm on Monday 20 March. Tickets are £10, available from Salisbury Arts Centre box office on 01722 321744 or online at www.salisburyartscentre.co.uk

There are spaces for up to six teenagers and adults with learning disabilities per performance, along with their carers.
