Rockbourne Fair returns in aid of Stars Appeal

Rockbourne Fair takes place October 18 to October 20 for a fabulous opportunity to raise some money for charity, Stars Appeal.

Stalls from homeware to jewellery, and Christmas gifts to clothing, are spread out over 90 high quality booths to peruse and help you get in the festive spirit at Salisbury’s Racecourse.

As always the foodhall is packed with delicious homemade goods, as well as the fair’s popular restaurant where food and refreshments are available throughout the days.

All funds raised will help towards the £1million that Salisbury’s NHS Foundation Trust need to raise each year to fund Stars Appeal projects like the ones below for the benefit of patients and staff:

• Recreational activities for Spinal Unit patients
• Support groups for cancer patients
• Aromatherapy on the Pembroke Unit, Labour ward, Farley Stroke Unit and other areas
• Staff wellbeing and support
• The latest medical equipment
• Engage and Elevate programmes
• Hospital Chaplaincy
• The Benson Suite
• Free accommodation for the parents of sick children
• An enhanced, child focused Children’s Unit
• Wi-Fi
• Artcare
