The theme for this year’s launch party is ‘Hollywood Glitz and Glamour’; the committee is inviting everyone to help make the launch night an extravaganza to remember.
Jo Sharpe, Chair to the committee said: “Get out your best ‘red carpet’ frocks; dust the glitter off those top hats and tails, and come along to celebrate the launch of Swindon and Wilts 10th Pride Launch with us”.
Entertainment this year will be provided by the Fabulous Mrs Bridy and Boy Jase with Guest Singers: Nathanael and Jinny Jay, along with DJ Roland blasting out the tunes.
The evening will start off with Karaoke so you can be a Hollywood Star. Not forgetting Fun Games and a £100 Cash Prize raffle. Tickets are available from The Mailcoach or Pride Committee Members.
Jo Sharpe went on to say; “Swindon & Wiltshire Pride has become a vibrant community and family event which many people look forward too, for us now to announce the launch date of our 10th year is a very proud moment. We hope everyone involved, past and present will rejoice in their achievements.
“Their help and the support they have given in makes Pride happen. Without our army of dedicated Volunteers, amazing acts, and commitment from the service providers and supporters of Pride, the event would not be here today. So thank you.”
