The Jolly Postboys in Oxford and The Red Lion in Eynsham are supporting patrons who are taking part in the Sober October fundraising challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support with a special drinks list.
It features Thornbridge Brewery in Buxton Kegging a special 0.5% beer, a selection of alcohol-free bottled beers from Big Drop Brewing, including Pale Ale/Lager & Stout.
Landlord Drew Brammer said: “We’ll also be doing some very special cocktails using Seidlip The world’s first distilled non‑alcoholic spirit – distilled using botanicals like peas, hay, spearmint, rosemary & Thyme – and the best bit you’d never know it wasn’t a Gin & Tonic.
“As well as making the most of local suppliers like Samuelson’s of Witney. Jonathon’s dropped us off some Blackberry Fizz, Proper Lemonade & Elderflower.”
