Arts & Culture

A New Community-based, non-for-profit platform for local musicians in The Ocelot region launches today.

Starting this month (on the 1st of September), a pioneering new record label representing artists from Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Sussex is being launched called “All Will Be Well Records”.

A volunteer-led organisation, the record label will offer showcase nights, compilation releases, exclusive features and videos on all their acts. They aim to provide a larger fan-base to artists who deserve to be heard.

So far acts represented include Louise Petit, Claire Lemaster, Little Red, The String Project, David Tudor , The Pink Diamond Revue and many more. The team also includes a film maker, animator, illustrator, photographer and music producer.

They will be hosting two launch nights in Berkshire and Oxfordshire this year. Firstly, on the 25th of September at The Rising Sun Arts’ Centre in Reading and then on the 13th of November at the Jericho Tavern in Oxford.

In addition to this, they are also releasing our first compilation, which will coincide with cassette store day (October 17th). Featuring all their current artists, this release will come with information on all the acts as well as a download code. Available in Truck Store (Oxford) and via their online store, this will give you a taster of what’s to come.

If you would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact the company via allwillbewellrecords@yahoo.co.uk or on their website www.allwillbewellrecords.co.uk
