New comedy festival is bound to get Oxford laughing

Oxfordshire has a huge appetite for quality entertainment and as festival season is just around the corner ATIC in North Oxfordshire are launching a brand new outdoor boutique comedy event in Oxford city centre.

FanAtic Comedy Festival, supported by Oxford City Council, will be taking over Botley Park providing comedy fans with a fun filled day of laughter on Saturday 27th July 2019 from midday until 11pm.

This one day event will be offering three arenas full of non stop stand up comedy brought to you by Live At The Apollo stars Lee Nelson, Phil Wang, Suzi Ruffell and many more TV favorites.

The festival intends to promote collaboration with local businesses to grow together and celebrate the best of Oxfordshire. Festival goers will be provided with creative workshops, delicious street food and award winning craft beer.

ATIC, bars based in Banbury & Bicester, have been curating sell out comedy shows for four years providing a platform for local comedians to develop whilst also attracting headliners such as Rhod Gilbert, James Acaster and most recently Sara Pascoe.

Organiser Ryan Mold has a huge passion for stand up comedy, he has spent the last few years creating an intimate setting within his venues and now wants to bring this comedy experience to the city. This unique event will offer a limited number of tickets in order to create a boutique, intimate experience.
