Lifting the lid on the Shoebox Theatre's latest shows

A TRIO of new work by local playwrights and producers is being showcased at Swindon’s Shoebox Theatre.

First up on Friday May 12 is a psychological thriller, The Door, written by Alex Secker. The work is a psychological thriller about division, paranoia and human interaction. Tickets cost £10, doors open at 7.30pm. Suitable for ages 14+

On Saturday May 20 and Sunday 21 May, the Shoebox will play host to Sentimental Hearts,  two interlinking plays written and directed by award winning playwright, Adam Thorn. Doors open at 7pm, tickets cost £12.50. Suitable for ages 14+

And at the end of the month, Super Hamlet 64 takes to the stage. Written by Edward Day, the show is a one person heady combination of physical theatre, spoken word mix of Shakespearean tragedies and video gaming with clowning, mime, live music, retro animation and video projection, exploring mental health and our addiction to technology.The show takes place of Saturday 27 May at 2.30pm & 7.30pm. Tickets cost £10 and are suitable for ages 10+
