Leading chef Yotam Ottolenghi to visit Oxford

Leading chef and best-selling author Yotam Ottolenghi’s ‘A Life in Flavour’ tour will have him sharing his food story along with professional tips for aspiring cooks.

The food expert will visit the Oxford Playhouse on 19 September. The event will start at 7:30pm.

Sharing his experience as a chef, restauranteur and food writer, Ottolenghi will offer unique insights into how flavour is dialled up and why it works – from basic pairings that are fundamental to taste, to cooking methods that elevate ingredients to great heights. He will also discuss his life and career, from how his upbringing has influenced his food, to opening six delis and restaurants in London.

Ticket holders can buy his latest book ‘Flavour’ at a special price after the show and Yotam will be signing copies after the event.
