Larmer Tree Festival unveil 2018 comedy line-up

Larmer Tree festival has today announced comedic headliners including Sara Pascoe, Mark Watson and Dane Baptiste.

The third wave of acts will see Larmer Tree Festival host an exciting and thought-provoking programme of live music, comedy, theatre, talks, and family-friendly workshops all set in the resplendent Larmer Tree Gardens.

Taking place July 19 to July 22 in Wiltshire, the festival also includes Broken Brass Ensemble, Flamingods, Mammut, Chelo, Halo Maud, and Lankum. These newly unveiled acts join First Aid Kit, Jake Bugg, Public Service Broadcasting, Tune-Yards, Nadine Shah, Let’s Eat Grandma, and more.

Tune-Yards’ Merrill Garbus will also act as a Guest Curator, programming three female fronted acts including Ibibio Sound Machine.

Set within the Victorian Pleasure Gardens on  Cranborne Chase on the Wiltshire/Dorset border, this year’s programme is a cross-section of music, comedy, theatre, performance, workshops and finding time for yourself with the addition of the brand new Larmer Spa.

Also announced today are the finalists for the 2018 Larmer Tree Breakthrough Music Awards, who will be competing for a slot at the Festival at a live final on April 20.
