Gabrielle Aplin coming to O2 Academy in Oxford

Wiltshire’s very own Gabrielle Aplin will be at the O2 Academy in Oxford on 9 February, bringing her delicate and powerful indie folk as the next chapter of her impressive career.

She is currently touring her second studio album, Light Up the Dark and has since been wowing audiences up and down the country.

Rising to prominence via YouTube and BBC Introducing, Gabrielle has been a starlet of British music for a good few years now, and her cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s The Power of Love has gone over 23 million views on YouTube, whilst also being featured on the 2012 John Lewis Christmas advert that got everyone in your workplace talking no doubt. It’s one hell of a power ballad re-imagination!
