Part of the Revere Pub Company, The Elephant at the Market’s Click-&-Collect service menu features starters, mains, pizzas and desserts. Think Fried Buttermilk Chicken to start, or perhaps you’re watching your lockdown waist and want to dive straight into the vegan Spring Salad of maple-glazed carrots, orange segments, avocado, spinach leaves, mustard dressing and chilli toasted seeds. Tempting mains included Lemon & Thyme Roasted Chicken Breast served with roasted carrots, sautéed new potatoes, crispy prosciutto and gravy, and vegan Butternut Squash & Chickpea Curry, served with delicious braised rice, cucumber and coconut yoghurt tzatziki and charred flatbread.
The Elephant at the Market’s famous pizzas are bound to delight with inventive toppings including Smoked Pork Belly with lime ricotta, spring onion, sweet chilli sauce and lime zest and Chestnut Mushrooms on a crème fraiche base with Blue Monday cheese, pickled shallots, rocket, balsamic glaze and lemon zest.
