From October 6 to October 14 Oxford’s week-long family orientated festival, though not exclusively so, has expanded to include events in Bicester and Banbury. This year subjects include the colour of rainbows, a collaboration between scientists and a choreographer, the sun, self-harm and some that are simply fun.
Claire Thompson, who has run this effervescent Dancin’ Oxford festival for 13 years said: “Interest in dance is growing, as are the subjects dance will now explore. Whether a toddler or scientist, a folk dancer or single parent there is most definitely something in this year’s festival that should be of interest.”
