Hallowe'en madness at The Swan!

At the Swan in Wantage they really get into the spirit of things as their annual Hallowe’en Party has now become the stuff of legends.

This year it’s being held on Wednesday October 31 and starts at 8pm. It is a ticketted and costumed event. And when we say costumed we really mean it.

Landlord Craig Gradwell said: “We have always had a fantastic turnout for this event and each year gets bigger and better.”

Tickets cost £3 and are sold behind the bar from Monday October 1.

The band Electrichead will be playing rock covers, in all their UV spectacular, straight after the costume contest at 10pm.

This is The Swan’s seventh Annual Halloween Party. There is a costume contest which includes £50 prize for Best Male, Female and

Group categories. The Swan’s Facebook page has photo albums of all the past Halloween events.

The Swan also hosts a Kids Halloween Party on Sunday October 28 from 2pm to 5pm and it is free entry, but all adults need to be accompanied by a child. For more info find The Swan on Facebook!
