People of Devizes. Rejoice, a marvel is coming soon to your town. Not Andrew Marvell who wrote long poems about flowers in Latin quite a bit, he's long gone. No this marvel is that of Dave McPherson. He will be joining us at the Lamb on September 28th with Sheer Music.

Also the frontman of alternative rock band 'InMe', former Essex lad Mr McPherson has branched out into playing his music as a solo artist: From indie rock and pop songs right through to some brilliantly executed blues tunes, McPherson's array of impassioned songs, pensive lyrics, great hooks, and a cool voice make him a prolific artist well worth seeing.

He is supported by none other than local lad Jamie Coupe of the silken voice who will kick the night off with a beautiful set of works and fantastic melodies.

Dave McPherson's band InMe gained a number one in the UK rock albums charts in 2003 with their album 'Overgrown Eden' from which four singles were released. Now, with just himself and an acoustic guitar, Dave has released and toured his solo album 'The Hardship Diaries'.

The show is as free as an albatross and promises to soar to even greater heights, so, if you have the time, come along and enjoy.
