Oxjam at The Swan in Wantage!

On Sunday August 26 the Swan at Wantage is a hosting a musical extravaganza in the name of charity.
That’s right it’s the annual Oxjam gig which takes place from 3pm to 1am in aid of Oxfam (do you see what they did there?).
Anyway it’s open to all ages and is completely free.
The confirmed lineup so far in the back bar is Nudybronque, Quadrophobe, We Are Goose, Trev Williams, Southern Blues Fiasco, Invisible Vegas, Vagueworld & more...
There will also be an acoustic/open mic style format in the front bar which will happen between sets in the back bar.
There will be various ways to raise money for the charity including BBQ, a Belly Dancing performance upstairs and raffles.
Whilst we’ve got your attention it’s also worth mentioning that Nico’s Alchemy who are playing the venue on August 4 will be headlining Bulldog Bash 2012 a week later on Saturday August 11.
