Submotion Orchestra come to Sub 89 in Reading

Following the release of their new album ‘Fragments’ last month, Submotion Orchestra will be coming to Reading’s Sub 89 on Wednesday October 10.

Bass, rhythm and soul are still paramount for the London/Leeds-based seven piece, but from the first few bars of ‘Intro’, with its Philip Glass-meets Penguin Café pianos, it’s clearly evident that the band have broadened their musical palate. It’s also clear they’ve made this expansion sound effortlessly captivating - ready to melt minds and bassbins alike. Should be good.
