Bored of the same old?

Well if you head to the Oxford’s Cape of Good Hope on Saturday night you can enjoy a new gay night called Molly.

A new night for Oxford’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community¬†‚Äì Molly is a stage spilling onto a dancefloor, a place for dancing, drinking, watching performance, laughing and exploring.

The curtains will open for the first time on the evening of Saturday May 9th, 8pm-2am.

It comes after a group of residents, including 32-year-old Richard Howlett, launched a crowdfunding campaign to hold the new shindig.

For the first night you will be able to catch stand-up comedian Debs Gatenby and drag act from London’s Vauxhall Tavern Timberlina.

Doors open at 8pm and the night goes until 2am. Tickets cost £5 in advance and £7 on the door.
