Ocelot 39 September 2009 edition

Posted by Ocelot on 2009/8/25 14:36:59

We've gone all a bit theatrical on your asses this month duckies as all the world's a stage and all dat. Anyway, one massive theatre guide later, a piss-up in Pewsey and a story about a man who got his head stuck in a grate make this a fantastic issue that shouldn't be forgotten fast.

Rock God Justin Hawkins has a chat with our man Bozley about Moonfest, whilst The Ocelot's newest recruit Rosy Crampton talks to upcoming sensation VV Brown. We also go a bit Devizes mad as its Carnival and street festival gets ready for the off. A big magazine with loads in.

This is the first time that we've ever had a local band on The Ocelot cover, but we believe that The Beatbullyz are destined for greatness (and the picture's lovely too). We also have a really good look at Marlborough which seems to be the centre of everything this month, as well as interviewing both Metric and Tallullah Rendall.

Ocelot 36 - June 2009 edition

This is it!! It's our third birthday!!! And to celebrate we thought we would put a picture of a foot on the cover in a homage to Terry Gilliam. We had a bit of a revamp with our music section with a special interview with local band The Dacoits and new national band The Dollyrockers. Our man Bozley really comes into his own on this one. Anyway, we're off to stuff ourselves with cake.

Ocelot 35 May 2009 edition

This was a difficult one as we had loads to cram in from Radio One's Big Weekend to our massive local festival guide. But we managed it. It might look a squeeze but as the old joke goes about how many popes you can fit in a Volkswagen it helps if you liquidise them. Anyway, good health to everyone and all that and don't read this whilst driving.
