Moonfest festival, due to be held in Westbury at the end of the month, has been cancelled.
This came after a court ruling on Monday telling organisers that they couldn't hold the festival on the Friday night because of disorder worries in connection with headline act Babyshambles.
The organisers have now announced that they can't feasibly keep the festival going after the cancellation of one of its nights. They also described the police action as 'draconian'.

Swindon's next big band Talk In Code are holding a special EP launch at 12 Bar in Westcott Place on Thursday night. Tickets for the event are going at £4 a pop.
The first 100 people through the door will get a FREE copy of their EP "Friends Close, Enemies Closer" (priced at £3 a copy).
Liddington, another great local band, will be providing the support.
